Scott Jackson
Clinic Director, Hearing Instrument Specialist, Reg. AHIP

Scott is the owner of Niagara Hearing & Speech Clinic and he has been working within the hearing industry since 1996. Scott graduated with honours from both the Hearing Instrument Dispenser program and the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at George Brown College in Toronto. Scott has experience in many facets of the hearing industry. Throughout his lengthy career, Scott has been involved with hearing instrument manufacturing and repairs, industrial hearing protection, hearing assessments/evaluations as well as hearing instrument recommendations and fittings and ear wax removal. Scott is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that his clients’ hearing needs are met, to the best of his ability. Scott’s willingness to serve his clients is best described by “treat others how you would want to be treated”. Scott is a licensed practitioner with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners (AHIP).

Greg Magnus
Clinic Manger, Hearing Instrument Specialist, Reg. AHIP

Greg is the brother-in-law of Scott Jackson. Greg graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta and has been part of our team since 2009. Greg is an accomplished hearing care professional who loves to help people; He takes the time to listen to clients and thoroughly explain things to maximize communication. He meets people off hours when they need it. He helps people through testing, discussion, demonstration, fitting, follow up, repairs, ear wax removal, etc. He patiently helps clients and their families and care-givers to understand and work together to improve the quality of their lives. He believes that people and relationships are essential to good quality-of-life, and that hearing well is a pillar in building these relationships. Greg is a licensed practitioner with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners (AHIP).

William Nelson
Hon B.SC. Psychology, M.Cl.Sc. Communicative Disorders Audiologist, Reg. CASLPO

William Nelson completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology with Honours from McMaster University in 1996. He was accepted into the Communicative Disorders Department of the University of Western Ontario in the fall of the same year and began working on his Masters of Clinical Science degree in Audiology. Graduating in the summer of 1999, he began his career in a number of clinical offices throughout Southern Ontario. Bill is an experienced Clinical Audiologist whose main priority is delivering patient-centered care. Bill sees patients of all ages, and specializes in the administration of complete and thorough hearing tests, hearing aid prescriptions and recommendations, hearing aid fittings, hearing aid adjustments and repairs, verification of hearing aid performance, patient counselling and patient advocacy. Bill is a licensed practitioner with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).

Erin DeJong
Executive Administrative Assistant

Erin joined Niagara Hearing and Speech Clinic in 2010. Erin graduated from Office Administration at Lambton College and has over 25 years experience working in the customer service and administrative field. Erin always greets our clients with a happy smile and she’s always willing, and capable, to perform on-the-spot minor service to our clients hearing instruments.

Monica Jackson
Administrative Assistant

Monica is the daughter of Scott Jackson and she is a recent addition to our team. Monica graduated with Honours, from Smithville Christian High School and she is proficient in graphic design and computer technology. Monica is kind and loves animals; she hopes to one day pursue a career in Veterinary Care.
